The Daily Meal Plan is the created by a Chef and then analyzed by a Registered Dietitian for nutritional value. This information is made available on a daily basis. The meals are simple to prepare and promote weight loss and they promote weight loss and offer taste and variety, two elements that are often lacking in diet programs. |

This section is designed to help our subscribers get more active and involved in exercise. Daily exercise videos will be designed by our trainers to focus on certain aspects of the client’s anatomy. There will various forms of exercise ranging from low to medium impact. Variety is the key, which is why we offer a wide array of exercises which include basic weight training, low impact aerobics, yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates. We have a variety of exercises so we can keep our clients motivated. |

We would like to welcome etiquette trainer and lecturer Adeodata Czink to our team. Adeodata has been dubbed by the media as Canada’s Empress of Etiquette. Adeodata was cradled into etiquette; she was raised in the diplomatic community of Stockholm, Sweden. Twenty years ago, she founded Business of Manners, a company that provides seminars in international etiquette, formal dining and social graces to executives and small business owners alike. Adeodata is a multi-lingual international speaker, a favourite with the media and a protocol consultant for the film industry. With hundreds of print as well as television interviews under her belt, Adeodata will be a contributing force to both our monthly newsletters and our subscription program for our website.
